Its fluid consistency and resin-like, oil-like character support a smooth flow, surface leveling, and paint film cohesion. Once dry, it creates a clear, water-resistant film of archival quality.

Product details

Brand: GOLDEN

Medium type: fluid gloss acrylic medium

Properties: clear when dry, water-resistant, archival quality, water-mixable while wet

Suitable surfaces: canvas, wood, paper, and other rigid surfaces

Country of origin: USA

Use and application

Mix the medium directly with GOLDEN acrylic paints to achieve the desired transparency and gloss, or apply it on its own as an almost clear ground on canvas.

Frequently asked questions

Can the medium be thinned with water? The medium can be thinned with water while working, but becomes water-resistant once completely dry.

Can the medium be used as a ground? Yes, the product can also be applied on its own as an almost clear ground on canvas.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0861/8010/2488/files/golden-gloss-medium-acrylic-medium-ie-gdn0003510.jpg?v=1791488720
