Black Dipping Paint - 250 ml
Black self-leveling paint with a water base and high coverage is a special dipping paint designed to create a thicker layer of color. You can either dip objects into the paint or pour it over them. After drying (6 - 8 hours), the surface is silky smooth, with no visible brush strokes. This prepared surface is an ideal base for creating a chrome-plated effect with Pentart Rub-on pigments.
