You can pay for art supplies in advance by bank transfer, online by card, through PayPal, or by cash on delivery.

 

If I order more items, how much will I pay for shipping?

If you order multiple items in one order, you only pay for shipping once.

Can I order products through Packeta for delivery to a pickup point?

Yes. You can pick up your package whenever and wherever it suits you.

Yes, you can also pick up your order at the company’s headquarters in Snina. We’ll contact you when your order is ready for pickup.

 

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery time is 1 - 2 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on the products. The delivery period starts when payment is received in the account (for payment in advance by bank transfer) or when an order with cash on delivery selected is received.

 

What should I do if my order has not been delivered within the stated delivery time?

In this case, please contact us by email or phone. A Customer Service Center representative will then contact you within a maximum of 48 hours to explain why the delivery time was not met.
