HOW TO USE
Simply glue the elastic wood onto the surface you want to decorate. To shape it, use a heat gun or hair dryer. If using a hair dryer, allow more time for heating. Heat it until it reaches the right consistency for shaping. If the surface you are decorating is curved, quickly place the heated elastic wood onto it and press it into the desired shape. Once it has hardened, you can attach it with a hot glue gun or hobby glue. Adjust the elastic wood to fit the dimensions of the item you are decorating by trimming it with scissors or sanding it with sandpaper. OUR TIP
To highlight the texture of the elastic wood, we recommend using wax paste, metallic wax paste, or metallic flakes to create an antique look. For a subtly patinated, distressed look, we recommend using antiquing paste. You can also glue the elastic wood directly onto canvas.
