JAVANA fabric paints are special hobby paints for painting light and dark fabrics. They have a creamy consistency, vibrant shades, and a glitter effect. Their appearance depends on the color tone of the surface they are applied to, as well as on the intensity of the application. They are water-based and can also be mixed with water. They are ideal for all light and dark fabrics made of cotton, viscose, or blended fabrics containing up to 20% synthetic fibers. Apply them to fabric with brushes or a sponge. They can also be used with a stencil or for printing. These hobby paints are easy to set by ironing and are wash-resistant.
OUR TIP
Wash the fabric before painting. Shake the jar of paint thoroughly before use to even out its consistency. After decorating, set the fabric only once it is completely dry, either through baking paper or from the reverse side of the material. Set your iron to the cotton setting. Iron for 5 minutes. After ironing, the paint will be lightfast and water-resistant when washed at up to 40 degrees Celsius (wash inside out).
