JOVI kids' heart motif temporary tattoos are a safe and cheerful alternative to permanent tattoos for birthday parties, carnivals, or themed play. They are very easy to apply: place the cut-out motif on clean, dry skin, moisten with water for 20 to 30 seconds, then carefully peel off the backing. The motif lasts on the skin for several days, especially on an oil-free area.
