Gedeo Clear Crystal Resin by Pebeo is a transparent two-component epoxy resin set for casting clear decorative items, jewelry, costume jewelry, and for decorating surfaces. It is suitable for coating glass, metal, mirrors, canvas, Plexiglas, plastic, ceramics, jewelry, and more. This art resin can be poured into a silicone mold or directly onto a surface. The resin is fluid, has a low odor, and is very easy to use. It imitates the look of glass almost perfectly. Once dry, its surface is glossy and it does not shrink. Clear resin can be mixed with colored crystal resins and pearlescent resins. This creates endless shades and effects.
HOW TO USE
In a cup, mix 2 parts resin (component A) with 1 part hardener (component B). Thoroughly mix the two components together, especially in the corners of the container. Stir slowly to avoid creating bubbles. You can then start tinting with Fantasy Prisme, Fantasy Moon, Vitrail, Ceramic, or Studio Acrylic paints. Mix again to ensure the mixture is completely homogeneous. Pour the mixture into a prepared mold or directly onto the surface you want to decorate. Use Gedeo Vaseline to make it easier to release the casting from the mold. Leave the casting in the mold to cure for 24 hours.
