ROYAL TALENS Amsterdam Acrylic Gesso 1000 ml

Royal Talens (Amsterdam) Gesso in a volume of 1000 ml serves as an acrylic primer for preparing surfaces before painting on almost any material. It creates an absorbent, slightly rough, flexible film that evens out the surface’s absorbency and provides excellent adhesion and coverage for both acrylic paints and oil paints. Suitable for canvas, wood, cardboard, and other surfaces.

Apply the primer in one or more thin coats, which can be sanded after drying for a smoother surface. While wet, it can be thinned and tools can be cleaned with water. Once dry, the film is resistant. Let the surface dry thoroughly before painting. The traditional Dutch manufacturer ROYAL TALENS has been supplying art materials since 1899.
