Horadam, the name given to these exceptional watercolors after the company’s founder, is also known for its range of Schmincke super-granulating paints. Super-granulating paints are watercolors with a special property: they combine at least 2 granulating HORADAM pigments. Watercolors Horadam have a high pigment content, excellent lightfastness, and vivid color intensity. Many shades feature special pigments such as perylene or quinacridone. Every year, the Schmincke brand seeks out the finest gum arabic to use as a binder in its paints. Watercolors can be used straight from the tube or thinned with water. Customer reviews
I ordered this tube in burnt sienna for my studio, and I have to say, its creamy consistency is unlike anything else.
Professional paints that don’t disappoint. The tube has a perfect cap, and the paint doesn’t dry out inside, even over time.
Incredible vibrancy. I mainly use this tube for large areas, and I still have more than half left.
